you can pick more than one answer, but please if you dont know, dont answer. this is crucial and i really need this help. i am willing to give you points or stars or whatever! please just help me!!

heres the available answers:

- is an option but not needed

-you can have multiple variables in a control

-it is used to compare the experimental group with

-unforseen things can still occur in the experimentWhich of the following is/are true of a controlled experiment?
all are true except the first option because a controlled experiment is not just an option it is needed to show

1) correctness

2) true products

3) self explanation

it is really necessaryWhich of the following is/are true of a controlled experiment?
The last two are true. The first two would introduce factors that would either obscure or invalidate any results. Multiple variables greatly complicate any result. For a definitive answer to be arrived at, variables should be eliminated or reduced as much as possible. Any ';options'; not needed should be eliminated before the experiment begins.
They are all true accept the first.
